A. General Warranty Terms and Conditions

Nordic Dip SG (referred to as “Nordic Dip”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) warrants its products (“Products”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the period specified in this limited warranty (“Warranty”).

This Warranty is valid only within Singapore for products delivered new in their original packaging to the original end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”). International warranty service is not available.

If a product requires repair, We may, at Our sole discretion, repair, replace, or exchange it with an equivalent product or part(s) of similar specifications, which may be refurbished or new. Replaced parts or products become Our property. Repaired, replaced, or exchanged items will remain under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period (as defined in Section C).

Unless explicitly stated, the terms of this Warranty are as stated here and cannot be altered by any external agreement, statement, or representation. Guarantees or warranties by third parties are not binding on Nordic Dip SG.

The Warranty period begins on the date of the original delivery. If the proof of purchase is lost, the Warranty period is deemed to start three months after the product's manufacture date, as indicated on the product or derived from the serial number.

Warranty services are available for products located in mainland Singapore, Singapore islands, or territories connected to mainland Singapore by roads, excluding other remote islands or territories.

This Warranty is void if the product is located outside Singapore.

Missing accessories or external parts must be reported within two (2) days of the original delivery date for coverage under this Warranty.

Physical defects or faults discoverable through visual inspection must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, it will be assumed that no such defects existed at the time of delivery.

Minor imperfections within manufacturing or design specifications that do not affect product functionality are not covered under this Warranty.

Products are considered out-of-warranty as per the conditions in Sections B and C.

Trade-in or top-up upgrades are not covered unless explicitly authorized by Nordic Dip SG.

To the extent permitted by law, Nordic Dip SG and its authorized representatives are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the product's use or inability to use, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, reputation, data, or associated equipment.

Nordic Dip SG does not guarantee the product protection against loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, or other security breaches. The Purchaser is responsible for safeguarding the product.

Service delays caused by factors beyond Our control do not make Us liable for any associated losses, damages, or inconveniences.

Nordic Dip SG reserves the right to charge for services or transport for products outside of the warranty scope. We may also decline service for obsolete, unserviceable, out-of-warranty products or those that cannot be replaced.

Unauthorized modifications to the product void this Warranty.

Nordic Dip SG reserves the right to modify the terms of this Warranty due to changes in product availability, services, spare parts, or applicable laws without prior notice.

B. Limitations and Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

Products whose warranty period has expired or been voided.

Free gifts, consumables, or accessories provided at purchase, including filters or repair kits.

Non-operational or non-functional parts that do not affect product operation, such as tub covers.

Products located outside mainland Singapore or in areas inaccessible by roads.
-
Damages caused by excessive use, unauthorized modifications, improper use, mishandling, negligence, or environmental factors such as corrosion or liquid damage.

Normal wear and tear, aging, or physical damages to materials such as rubber gaskets and wheels.
-
Issues arising from software, sideloaded applications, or user-configured settings.
-
Altered, defaced, or illegible proof-of-purchase or serial numbers.
-
Software issues or routine maintenance, including system setups and minor adjustments.
-
Repairs or alterations by unauthorized persons or the use of unapproved parts.
-
Environmental damage caused by conditions like dust, power surges, natural disasters, or hazardous fumes.
-
Cosmetic defects such as scratches, stains, or dents.
-
Damages from non-recommended peripherals or accessories.
-
Temporary image retention issues that resolve naturally over time.
-
Compatibility issues with external devices like UV light systems or filtration systems.
-
Products installed in hazardous environments.
-
Routine maintenance, general servicing, or chemical overhauls.
-
For corporate orders, refer to the specific corporate sales agreement for warranty details, which may override these terms.

This Warranty does not cover:
